Job summary

The role involves developing and supporting IT solutions for logistics, focusing on enhancing delivery processes for both B2C and B2B customers. You will work within a scrum team to ensure reliable delivery and optimize logistics applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT roles such as Business Solution Specialist or Subject Matter Expert.
• Experience in testing processes from identification to execution; logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn logistics IT systems and tools.
• Background in IT, Logistics, or related fields.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-40 days/year).
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Implement and test solutions within logistics IT.
• Create, execute, and validate test cases for system performance.
• Optimize logistics applications and standardize best practices.
• Analyze and resolve system and process issues, identifying root causes.
• Maintain expertise in logistics systems for continuous improvement.
• Participate in IT projects and document business processes.
• Represent logistics interests in cross-organizational IT initiatives.
