Job summary

This role involves serving as the Business Process Owner for Quality Risk Management at a site in Hillerød, Denmark. The position focuses on developing and maintaining a compliant and agile Quality Risk Management program in collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Natural Sciences, such as Pharmacy or a related field.
• Over 7 years of strategic experience in Quality Risk Management, including strategy, processes, and tools.
• More than 7 years of practical experience with GMP quality systems and relevant legislation.
• Proven experience in governance and stakeholder management.
• Strong quality mindset with a track record of being a quality partner for operations.

Responsibilities

Personal qualifications

• Establish and maintain a robust governance structure for Quality Risk Management.
• Oversee the Quality Risk Management Process and facilitate workshops.
• Conduct training sessions on Quality Risk Management processes at both local and global levels.
• Identify improvements for Quality Risk Management through meetings with core teams.
• Present the Quality Risk Management area during audits and inspections, as well as at Quarterly Management Reviews.
• Ensure the Quality Risk Management system meets customer requirements and implement necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with local BPOs for Quality Risk Management across various sites.
