Business Partner - Operations & Profitability

Job summary

This role involves acting as a strategic finance partner to operational leaders, focusing on performance management, profitability analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision support within a leading Nordic data center company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Operations Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and performance analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business areas.
• Ensure alignment between operational plans, capacity development, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor, analyze, and explain financial and operational performance.
• Develop and track KPIs, profitability metrics, and performance indicators.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to operational leaders, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support profitable decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Develop dashboards, financial models, and management reporting.
