Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of the resource mobilization strategy for the Supply Chain Management Unit.

• Maintain an inventory of funding modalities and potential donors for developmental and humanitarian contexts.
• Develop high-quality proposals and resource mobilization materials, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Monitor donor agreements and coordinate with technical teams for effective reporting.
• Contribute to the development of resource mobilization policies and frameworks.
• Negotiate and finalize Memorandums of Understanding with partners.
• Assist regional and country offices in developing donor proposals and progress reports.
