Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline.
  • Identify new opportunities and growth within existing accounts.
  • Engage in high-level discussions to understand client needs and qualify leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts to develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach for outreach to maximize engagement.
  • Track and report all prospecting activities in Salesforce for performance visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Mentor new BDR hires and contribute to process improvements.
