Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, commercial roles, or strategy consulting
  • Experience with pricing, margin analysis, or commercial decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and R&D teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global business development strategies to accelerate growth
  • Build and convert a strong commercial pipeline with regions, distributors, and key customers
  • Drive pricing and portfolio optimization initiatives
  • Translate technical capabilities and market insights into customer value propositions
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional teams for prioritization and execution of opportunities
