About the role

Job summary

This position focuses on business development for data center projects in the Nordic region, targeting China-based customers. The role involves collaboration with Nordic stakeholders and coordination of cross-border activities, making it ideal for Chinese professionals currently in Denmark or the Nordic region considering a return to China.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of electrical sales business models with experience in customer development and sales execution.
  • Preferred experience in Key Account management and familiarity with overseas EPC projects or Chinese outward investment, particularly in data centers.
  • Prior work experience in the Nordic region and existing relationships in the Nordic data center ecosystem are advantageous.
  • Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth in the Nordic region by leveraging global resources and targeting data center opportunities.
  • Engage with local partners to establish collaborative frameworks and maintain communication for project synchronization.
  • Identify overseas business opportunities in Jiangsu and Anhui, building a project pipeline and supporting sales teams.
  • Develop strategies based on regional market characteristics and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.

Skills

  • Excellent execution capabilities, results-oriented, and adaptable to travel.
  • Strong strategic thinking, patience, and resilience in cross-border cooperation.
  • Experience in using AI tools for business operations is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools for customer mining and project analysis is preferred.
