Business Development Distributor Coordinator

Job summary

The role involves supporting and developing distributor business operations across the Nordic region, acting as a liaison between distributors and internal teams to ensure effective execution and performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business support, commercial operations, analytics, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data handling.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for Nordic distributors, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Coordinate activities and communication between distributors and internal teams.
• Ensure successful execution of product launches, promotions, and pricing updates.
• Monitor order flow and stock availability to support operational excellence.
• Maintain and optimize distributor data and key business trackers.
• Prepare for distributor meetings and business reviews, including presentations.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to inform business decisions.
• Track KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
• Assist in onboarding new distributors and driving growth initiatives.
