This role focuses on driving business growth in the Finnish market as a Business Development Consultant. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the Mid- and Enterprise Retail sectors, collaborating closely with sales leadership and account executives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a client-facing role such as sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in B2B SaaS sales targeting well-known brands.
  • Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outreach, making a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to generate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and validating business potential.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
  • Develop expertise in the company's sales strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain activity metrics and continuously improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
