Job summary

This position involves driving B2B sales opportunities for clients through a Sales-as-a-Service model, focusing on market segmentation, outbound sales, and analytics using technology and personalized outreach methods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate business opportunities for clients in the Nordic region.
  • Manage and nurture individual sales pipelines.
  • Support customer success through regular reporting and meetings.
  • Optimize internal processes and share best practices.
  • Utilize CRM systems and AI tools to enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Swedish, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Skills

  • Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills for data handling and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous.

Tools
