Job summary

The role involves serving as a finance partner within the Operations & Technology areas, providing financial insights and decision support to enhance business performance. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while collaborating with operational and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance business partnering and controlling within supply chain.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets for performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of standard cost principles and financial processes in supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HFM, BW, and Power BI is beneficial.
• M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Full fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
• Identify improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage the consolidation of actuals, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the Supply Chain function.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and financial models to support leadership visibility.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Define and implement standardized financial controls and reporting practices.
• Utilize advanced tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, HFM, BW) to enhance reporting capabilities.

Education

• M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
