Business Analyst (On-site, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves combining business analysis skills with technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically within the D365 Platform team. The position is based in Hellerup, Denmark, and focuses on enhancing platform governance and technical enablement.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology-enabled environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Understanding of Azure fundamentals and experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft cloud ecosystem is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders for alignment across the Microsoft platform.
• Define and structure requirements for new platform capabilities.
• Support platform initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Enhance documentation, governance, and operational discipline across Power Platform solutions.
• Contribute to daily platform operations and issue resolution.
• Assist with Azure DevOps pipeline activities and deployment processes.
• Support D365 F&O operational activities in a regulated environment.
