Job summary

The role involves driving AI-related improvement opportunities within the organization by acting as a liaison between business, IT, and data teams. The Business Analyst will focus on translating business needs into AI use cases and supporting their implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, consultant, or in a similar role, particularly with process analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
• Basic theoretical and practical understanding of AI, including Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and data to identify AI use cases, detailing both current and future scenarios.
• Prepare use case descriptions and prioritize AI-specific requirements across stakeholders.
• Assess the impact of AI on workflows, roles, and decision-making processes, translating findings into actionable change proposals.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and data specialists to ensure alignment with IT architecture and existing systems.
