Job summary

The BioFarm Advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of fish farmers through technical support and collaboration. This position involves working closely with customers across Europe to maximize the value of their partnerships.

Qualifications

• Background in aquaculture, fish nutrition, fish health, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fish health and physiology, particularly with salmonids.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures.
• Fluency in English and strong numerical and IT skills.
• Full EU driving licence and willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in European markets.
• Conduct feed performance evaluations, flesh quality monitoring, and water quality analyses at customer sites.
• Design, coordinate, and execute feed benchmark trials both internally and with customers.
• Contribute to the development of BioFarm services and technical solutions.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and knowledge-sharing activities.
