Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales performance, meeting targets and budgets across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Collaborate with Country Sales Managers to ensure effective local execution of strategies.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans tailored to market needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ownership.

Skills

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Ability to translate customer and market needs into effective product offerings.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or business management.
