Job summary

This role is an individual contributor position within the Employer of Record Operations team, focusing on providing support related to employee benefits across multiple areas. The position involves navigating global employment intricacies and enhancing the customer journey and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Operations, specifically in Employee Benefits, ideally within PEO services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks across various tech tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to employees and clients regarding benefits plans, including pricing, coverage, claims, enrollment, and invoicing.
  • Process and resolve tickets and escalations using Zendesk and email.
  • Execute data-related tasks with precision, including preparation, entry, and downloads.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain operational process documents and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Conduct research and distill knowledge systematically in Notion.
  • Champion the values and goals of the Benefits team internally and externally.
