Job summary

This role is an individual contributor position within the Employer of Record Operations team, focusing on providing support related to employee benefits across multiple areas. The position is fully remote and aims to enhance the customer journey and employee experience regarding benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Operations and Employee Benefits, preferably in a PEO context.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver support to employees and clients regarding benefits plans, including pricing, coverage, claims, enrollment, and invoicing.
  • Process tickets and escalations using Zendesk and email.
  • Execute data-related tasks with precision, including preparation and entry.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain operational process documents and identify automation opportunities.
  • Conduct research and distill knowledge in Notion.
  • Champion the values of the organization and the goals of the Benefits team.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, administrative, and technical support capabilities.
  • Ability to initiate and complete projects effectively.
