  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and provide pre- and post-sales support, including user training.
  • Manage product launches and collaborate with R&D and marketing to align products with market needs.
  • Analyze customer workflows to drive application development and product enhancements.
  • Provide market intelligence to adapt product positioning and increase win rates in high-growth sectors.
  • Train local sales teams and partners on product usage and application expertise.
  • Participate in sales meetings and customer visits to enhance collaboration and lead generation.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions and reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
