Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the People team, providing guidance and strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement the global People and Culture vision, utilizing data analysis to inform HR decisions.
  • Oversee optimization of HR processes including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Create and maintain the employee handbook and ensure compliance with labor standards.
  • Serve as an expert on multi-jurisdictional employment matters and guide global compensation and benefits.
  • Foster a high-accountability culture that promotes employee empowerment and growth.
  • Champion Equal Employment Opportunity initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.

Education
