Associate Finance Business Partner (Logistics, Viby)

Job summary

This role involves providing financial insights and support to enhance performance within the Inbound Logistics function. The Associate Finance Business Partner will closely collaborate with the management team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in Economics or Finance.
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller.
• Proficient in communicating financial insights and translating them into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to facilitate performance improvements in Logistics Denmark, focusing on Inbound & Intermediate Raw Logistics.
• Provide critical insights, financial analysis, and business cases on financial and strategic issues.
• Manage month-end close processes and offer recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Oversee quarterly forecasting and continuously develop the forecasting process.
• Balance strategic projects with typical financial tasks such as CAPEX & Sustainability investments and make vs. buy analysis.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities across various functions and sites.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to improving logistics operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language.

Education

• Higher degree in Economics or Finance is preferred.
