Associate Facility Manager

Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Services, Property Management, or a similar operational role.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and facility-related projects.
• Experience with budgets, invoice management, and service contracts.
• Strong IT skills with an interest in digital solutions and data.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations at the Virum site, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.
• Drive maintenance activities and long-term facility planning, including a 5-year maintenance roadmap.
• Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues, ensuring high service levels.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee workplace services, space planning, budgeting, and facility administration.
• Support digital transformation in Facility Management through technology and data-driven processes.
