Job summary

This role focuses on driving growth in the US market through structured sales strategies and strong customer relationships. The Area Sales Manager will take ownership of the sales pipeline and engage in both new business development and account management.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with international sales, particularly in the US market, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound sales and business development efforts in the US market.
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Identify and engage new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Conduct customer meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Prepare proposals and manage product samples with consistent follow-up.
  • Analyze customer needs to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain structure and momentum across all sales activities.
