Job summary

The role involves driving sales activities in international markets, focusing on complex solutions in intralogistics and automation. The Area Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, build relationships with customers, and manage long sales cycles from initial contact to contract signing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in technical industries.
  • Familiarity with intralogistics, automation, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, partnership agreements, and commercial terms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles.
  • Present and position technical niche products to stakeholders.
  • Participate in negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Travel for customer visits and trade fairs (approximately 30–40 days per year).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
