Analytics Engineer

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing data transparency and driving data-driven decisions within the Markets & Channels organization. The Analytics Engineer will be a key contributor in building a robust data foundation to support commercial areas through high-quality data products.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Solutions, Data Engineering, or Data Specialist.
• Strong skills in SQL and/or Python for handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and data transformation best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong adaptability and focus on results.
• Self-driven and capable of working within cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and curiosity.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 days per year.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines and monitoring systems to deliver quality data products.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD best practices and data quality frameworks.
• Maintain semantic layer infrastructure and drive governance for data accessibility.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into data products.
• Promote data literacy and understanding within the organization through training and documentation.
• Partner with product teams to prototype and deliver innovative features across the data platform.
• Advocate for best practices in data product development to ensure data integrity and scalability.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and data transformation.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or engineering.

Tools

• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks.
