About the role

Job summary

This role involves providing legal support in employment law matters and assisting with the implementation of global benefits programs within the HR Legal & Benefits Team. The position is based in Copenhagen and is designed for students in their final semester of Bachelor's or first semester of Master's studies, preferably in law or business law.

Qualifications

  • Students in the last semester of Bachelor's or first semester of Master's, ideally studying law or business law.
  • Relevant experience from a student assistant role in HR/Legal or from a law or consultancy firm is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide practical legal support on employment law-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Draft and review employment-related documents, including contracts and policies.
  • Maintain and update templates, guidelines, and governance materials related to benefit programs.
  • Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

  • Analytical and structured approach to research and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.

Education

  • High academic performance expected, with an interest in renewable energy and private equity.
