About the role

Job summary

As an Analyst in Portfolio Management, you will support the development and growth of the Swedish pharmacy portfolio by collaborating with the Portfolio Manager and the team. Your role will involve a mix of analytical tasks and ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and driving growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in business, economics, finance, math, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis. Experience with Python is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and another Scandinavian language; Swedish is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager on portfolio-related tasks, including analysis, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of the current portfolio to optimize inventory, pricing, and policies.
  • Oversee new product launches and facilitate communication between the portfolio and product analysis functions.
  • Manage activities related to warehouse partners, including reporting and stock management.
  • Develop new business areas from inception to an established portfolio.
  • Automate portfolio workflows through coding and data collection.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, and other departments to implement the portfolio strategy.
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments, escalate risks, and propose solutions.
  • Assist the country manager with various analyses and tasks.
