Job summary

This role involves building and scaling quantitative strategies and infrastructure within decentralized markets, focusing on market making and systematic trading strategies. The position requires collaboration with various teams to translate research into production systems and optimize liquidity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantitative research, algorithmic trading, or market making (7+ years for Senior level)
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing systematic trading strategies in crypto or traditional markets
• Proficient in programming, particularly TypeScript; knowledge of Rust, Python, or Go is advantageous
• In-depth understanding of market microstructure and risk management
• Experience with large datasets and analytical pipelines
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Design game theoretical models for protocol interactions and market dynamics
• Research and iterate on quantitative trading strategies for on-chain and cross-chain markets
• Build frameworks for signal generation and performance attribution
• Develop trading and liquidity optimization capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement research into production systems
• Monitor market conditions and continuously improve trading models
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategy effectiveness metrics
