AI/ML Engineer

Job summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and maintain scalable software systems for big data analytics used by national security organizations. This role involves designing and implementing AI/ML pipelines and collaborating across teams to integrate various technologies.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in AI/ML, including model development and deployment on local hardware.
• Proficient in writing clean, structured code and a strong understanding of data processing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML pipelines.
• Deploy pipelines on various hardware platforms.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions provide value to customers.
• Collaborate with teams to create optimal solutions.
• Manage data integration into databases for searchability.

Skills

• Experience with machine learning environments (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Proficiency in Python for model and pipeline development.
• Knowledge of Java or C++ for pipeline development.
• Familiarity with either Computer Vision, NLP, or Audio Analytics.
• Experience with Docker.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Knowledge of MCP/RAG, Nvidia Triton, LLM deployment, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and DevOps/MLOps practices is advantageous.
