Job summary

This role focuses on driving the growth of AI solutions in compliance workflows for financial clients. The AI Expansion Specialist will identify automation opportunities, build business cases, and lead implementation efforts to enhance client operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or solutions role with exposure to AI or automation.
• Proven ability to create business cases or commercial arguments from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow software.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability.
• Willingness to travel to client sites regularly for insights.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to clients to analyze compliance workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop structured business cases to present to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with clients and the product team to scope, pilot, and implement AI use cases.
• Define success metrics and track pilot projects to ensure effective scaling.
• Document validated use cases for repeatability across clients.
• Provide feedback to the product team regarding client needs and opportunities.
