Job summary

This role focuses on driving the growth of AI solutions within compliance workflows for financial clients. The AI Expansion Specialist will identify automation opportunities, build business cases, and lead implementation efforts to enhance client operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or solutions role with exposure to AI or automation.
• Proven ability to construct business cases and present them effectively to senior executives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow software.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on scalable solutions.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for in-depth understanding of compliance processes.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear briefs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to clients to analyze and map their compliance workflows.
• Develop structured business cases that quantify the value of automation for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with clients and the product team to scope, pilot, and implement AI use cases.
• Establish success metrics and rigorously track pilot projects to support scaling efforts.
• Document validated use cases to create repeatable processes for future clients.
• Provide feedback to the product team regarding client needs and opportunities for development.
