AI Engineer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

As an AI Engineer, you will be part of a team focused on creating innovative AI solutions for the banking sector, enhancing customer interactions and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing AI or LLM-powered products that have been used by real customers.
• Ability to work with distributed systems and quickly learn new programming languages.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development platforms.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups or scale-ups, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong understanding of practical AI applications versus theoretical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy customer-facing AI solutions that address financial tasks comprehensively.
• Design workflows that enable AI to perform tasks on behalf of customers effectively.
• Create internal AI tools to enhance the efficiency of customer excellence teams.
• Experiment with and integrate large language model capabilities into existing systems.
• Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to identify and implement AI features that address customer needs.

Skills

• Proficiency in AI product development.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
