AI Data Scientist

Job summary

The role involves working as an Enterprise AI & Data Science Analyst within a multidisciplinary team focused on leveraging AI and data science to address complex business challenges. The position emphasizes transforming data into actionable insights and developing innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic programming experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage for local roles).

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and deployment of AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover business insights and opportunities.
• Assist in building predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
• Help prepare, clean, and transform data for advanced analytics and AI applications.
• Contribute to the evaluation and testing of AI models, ensuring quality and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support the development of dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate insights effectively.
• Work with AI, cloud, and data platforms to develop scalable solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and data science.

Skills

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly is advantageous.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or prompt engineering is a plus.
• Experience working with SQL databases, data pipelines, or big data technologies is desirable.

Education

• A degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees.

Tools

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL is expected. Familiarity with cloud technologies and data visualization tools is advantageous.
