Job summary

This role is for an experienced marketing professional focused on client management, strategy, and performance execution. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective campaign delivery and fostering long-term client relationships in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of experience in paid social advertising, particularly with Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role within a marketing agency.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice to have: experience with SaaS, B2B, or legal clients, and exposure to multi-channel campaigns.
