Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support and technical advice, focusing on lighting equipment.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service through active listening and assessment.
  • Analyze challenges and discuss commercial and technical issues with customers to identify solutions.
  • Qualify customer inquiries and guide sales projects to completion.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, customer events, and international fairs.

Skills

  • Proficient in CRM and standard office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical processes clearly.

Education

  • Technical education with a commercial focus, preferably with relevant industry experience.
