Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, demonstrating success through measurable outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including key players and market dynamics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales specifically related to staking.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, including product, marketing, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools for research and deal intelligence.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US at the time of application.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Oversee the launch of new validator ecosystems, including negotiations and market execution.
  • Identify and engage with institutional clients needing staking infrastructure.
  • Monitor market trends and protocol developments to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate complex deal closures and account retention.

Skills

  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on quota attainment and account growth.
