Workplace Engagement Specialist (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Workplace Engagement Specialist will enhance workplace culture and connectivity within the Copenhagen Hub. This role involves supporting the Hub Manager and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster communication and community engagement, particularly in preparation for a significant relocation in 2027.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar role within an international organization, focusing on communication, change management, project management, or workplace experience.
• Proven track record in managing workplace operations and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with internal communication channels, including SharePoint administration.
• Strong project management skills, from concept to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative approach.
• Comfortable presenting to large groups regularly.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and IA-tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging workplace experiences that promote connection and community.
• Coordinate effectively between workplace teams and facility partners.
• Develop and manage communication channels and campaigns to keep employees informed.
• Organize community events and initiatives to enhance Hub Spirit.
• Assist in planning for the workplace change and relocation in 2027.

Education
