Working Student in AI & Management Consulting (Nordics)

Job summary

As a Working Student in AI & Management Consulting, you will join the Value Engineering team to help identify and sell the value of the company's solutions to customers in the Nordics market. You will gain hands-on experience in executing proof of value projects and engaging in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Technology & Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with an interest in customer interaction.
• Confidence in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences.
• Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs.
• Experience in consulting and a keen interest in Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python or similar database query languages.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.
• Availability for at least 6-8 months, ideally longer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to enhance transparency in business processes.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable use cases.
• Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and align solutions with their objectives.
• Quantify the financial impact of implemented use cases and prepare presentations for management.
• Present findings to customers' C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Utilize data modeling and AI capabilities to identify process inefficiencies and deliver impactful value propositions.
• Promote the company's AI value proposition and align solutions with customer strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers through technical expertise and business acumen.
