WMS Product Owner (Logistics)

Job summary

In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and management of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within the logistics sector, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement across Distribution Centers in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management systems, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Background as an IT project manager or in a similar capacity, ideally with WMS.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to drive results and enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Solid understanding of logistics flows and warehouse operations.
• Skills in balancing value, cost, risk, and effort for prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Ensure the stability of IT systems and the ongoing development of WMS solutions.
• Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to maximize business value.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as line manager for a business solution specialist in the scrum team.
• Facilitate high-quality delivery through timely decision-making and clear direction.
• Drive refinement and alignment for shared understanding across teams.

Education

• Relevant educational background in logistics, IT, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience with WMS and related IT systems.
