Web Content Project Manager

Job summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in digital products, user experience, branding, and content creation. This role involves overseeing web redesign and migration projects across multiple markets and platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital content.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in project management focused on web content creation and migration; PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of content management systems, preferably Storyblok, along with PIM and DAM systems.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for project-related tasks, guiding content creators with clear direction.
• Utilize agile methodologies to lead project retrospectives and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and local managers to ensure alignment on content requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain high standards of content consistency.
• Design templates and processes to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
• Use data-driven approaches to track project performance and report status to stakeholders.
