Visual Inspection Operator (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the onboarding of new products in the visual inspection area, focusing on both manual and automated visual inspection processes. The position is integral to establishing processes and routines as the business area evolves.

Qualifications

• Certified per eye-sight requirements.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in GMP governed pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in Visual Inspection or working under aseptic conditions is preferred.
• Certification in visual inspection or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual inspection activities for new product onboarding.
• Perform visual inspections for ongoing production, both automated and manual.
• Document tasks according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist in equipment/process qualification and validation studies.
• Contribute to the development of departmental procedures, including SOPs and work instructions.

Education

• Relevant certifications or experience in visual inspection or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Tools

• Familiarity with automated inspection processes is a plus.
