The Vice President of Strategy & Transformation will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and implement long-term strategic initiatives for a leading global brand. Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field from a top-tier university with excellent results.
• Extensive experience in a leading global management consultancy.
• Background in an internal strategy department or line function within FMCG or Retail.
• Proven track record in leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills and the ability to work across various markets and organizational levels.
• Strong strategic mindset with outstanding quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to navigate complex business challenges and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, focusing on the company's strategic agenda and organizational development.
• Lead critical projects, including scoping, analysis, and development of recommendations.
• Manage a large network of internal partners for cross-organizational projects, focusing on project and change management.
• Oversee and report on all projects, contributing to the yearly planning process.
• Provide direction and development to direct reports to ensure motivation and engagement.
