Vice President of Technology, Experience & Digital (On-site, Aarhus)

Job summary

This role involves leading the Technology, Experience & Digital (TED) function across multiple countries and technology disciplines, focusing on strengthening the organization and ensuring technology delivers value to the business. The Vice President will operate at the Group level, combining strategic leadership with operational execution, and will report directly to the EVP & Group CFO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, such as CIO, VP IT, or Head of IT/Operations, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology organizations through transformation or change.
• Broad understanding of technology landscapes, including ERP, integrations, infrastructure, data, analytics, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing large, distributed teams across various countries.
• Ability to advise and challenge senior executives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an enterprise architecture roadmap to simplify the technology landscape and reduce technical debt.
• Lead the Group's cloud and infrastructure strategy with clear commercial rationale.
• Oversee ERP strategy and major platform transformation programs.
• Define data and analytics architecture in collaboration with Finance.
• Enhance IT stability, service levels, and operational reliability.
• Improve IT governance, project delivery, and change management.
• Own the Group's information security strategy and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Education
