Vice President of Product Experience (Education, Remote)

Job summary

The Vice President of Product Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for the comprehensive product strategy across the K–8 educational portfolio. This position requires a blend of commercial acumen, educational expertise, and strong organizational leadership to manage a complex, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and senior specialists.
• Strong ability to motivate teams through changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience with P&L ownership and commercial decision-making.
• Expertise in K–8 education product development, particularly in physical and blended learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-layered product organization, fostering motivation and alignment among teams.
• Provide clear direction in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and timelines.
• Build a culture of accountability and collaboration within the organization.
• Develop and communicate a long-term strategy for the product portfolio, focusing on digital integration.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of physical products and digital platforms.
• Shape commercial propositions and pricing strategies in collaboration with the executive team.
• Maintain strong relationships with educators and education partners to support product adoption.
