Job summary

The Vice President of Product Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for the comprehensive product strategy across the K–8 portfolio, focusing on both physical and digital learning solutions. This position requires a blend of commercial acumen, educational expertise, and strong organizational leadership within a complex, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a leader of leaders, managing managers and senior specialists.
• Strong track record of motivating teams through shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and complex cross-functional work.
• P&L ownership and strong commercial judgment.
• Expertise in K–8 education product development, particularly in physical or blended physical-digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layered product organization, ensuring motivation and alignment.
• Provide clear direction in an environment with frequently shifting priorities and timelines.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop and communicate a long-term strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with digital components.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of products and hybrid learning experiences.
• Shape commercial propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
