Job summary

The Vice President of Global Operations is tasked with the design, implementation, and optimization of the global operating model for a service-oriented business. This role focuses on ensuring organizational alignment, process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the Global Operating Model.
  • Oversee the development of a unified operating model that aligns with organizational design and performance management.
  • Ensure alignment of the model with strategic business needs.
  • Develop global principles, standards, and policies.
  • Direct governance frameworks and clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence across regions and functions, establishing KPIs for compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across regions.
  • Enhance operational performance and cost efficiency by implementing best practices.
  • Facilitate organizational adoption of the new operating model.
  • Coordinate change efforts with stakeholders globally and regionally.
  • Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Deploy KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with leaders in Service, CX, Operations, and Training.
  • Lead and develop a team of 25 FTEs, fostering a positive culture of achievement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in global operations, PMO, transformation, or process excellence.
  • Proven experience in implementing global operating models at scale.
  • Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in complex, multicultural, matrixed organizations.
