About the role

Job summary

The Vice President, IT is a key executive role responsible for leading the IT strategy across Central Eastern Europe, India, and Nepal, reporting to the Chief Information Officer. This position requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complex environments and drive digital transformation while tailoring solutions to local market needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably in a regional or multinational context.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and core-systems (ERP) modernization.
  • Experience in building data-enabled commercial capabilities.
  • Exposure to AI and innovation programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and align regional business strategies with global digital transformation goals.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the regional executive team, driving IT initiatives.
  • Build and scale data-enabled commercial capabilities.
  • Lead digital transformation aligned with global standards and champion innovation.
  • Own the upgrade of regional ERP and core platforms.
  • Drive standardization across markets while respecting local constraints.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders for IT projects.
  • Take ownership of IT programs within the region.
  • Build and empower high-performing regional teams.
  • Manage the IT budget for the region.
  • Navigate and lead through ambiguous and complex situations.

Education
