Vice President / General Manager (Remote)

Job summary

A Vice President / General Manager is needed to lead a technology business focused on digital flexographic printing solutions. This role involves full P&L accountability and requires a strong background in multinational B2B environments, driving innovation and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general management of multinational B2B technology or complex product businesses with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of delivering results, driving product innovation, and fostering customer success in high-performance settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and align large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strategic vision with analytical skills and operational discipline.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% globally, particularly to Germany and Belgium.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
