Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in vendor management, partnerships, or contract negotiation
  • Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or similar sectors is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and strategic partners
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with business objectives
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams
  • Monitor vendor and partner performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs
  • Drive strategic collaboration across procurement, operations, and project teams
  • Track and report on vendor performance, cost savings, and partnership outcomes to senior leadership

Skills

  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and KPI management
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Tools

  • Experience with contract management and procurement tools is advantageous
