Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, reservations, and purchases
  • Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries, and services
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Book flights, hotels, and transport, creating seamless travel itineraries
  • Coordinate household support and ensure smooth home operations
  • Manage food, health, and personal preferences
  • Handle local Portuguese administrative tasks and communications

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or similar roles preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and calendar management tools
