Qualifications

  • Fluent in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English
  • Legally eligible to work in Portugal
  • Experience in personal assistance or similar roles is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, reservations, and purchases
  • Coordinate appointments, suppliers, and services
  • Protect and manage the principal's calendar and communication
  • Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transport
  • Create itineraries and ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Coordinate household operations and manage household staff
  • Understand and manage the principal's food and health preferences
  • Handle local administrative tasks and communicate with local providers
