Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, reservations, and purchases
  • Coordinate appointments, suppliers, and services
  • Protect and manage the principal's calendar and communication
  • Schedule meetings and filter emails
  • Book and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Coordinate household support and ensure smooth home operations
  • Manage food preferences and health-related appointments
  • Handle local bureaucracy and communicate with service providers

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Flexibility with travel and changing schedules

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or lifestyle management preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and household management tools
